This June Erika and Pat wed atop the Denver Athletic Club in downtown Denver, Colorado. Their downtown Denver wedding was full of laughter, goofiness, and lots of dancing!
Erika and Pat met through a mutual friend who eventually would become their maid of honor. This friend was nervous that Pat wouldn’t be able to keep up with Erika’s dance major spirit. Known for her ability to always bust a move and look good doing it, Erika lights up the room like no other. All parties were impressed to find out that Pat not only kept up with Erika but may have danced even more vigorously. After this dance party meet cute, Erika and Pat were inseparable.
After almost two years Patrick proposed! Patrick surprised Erika with a trip to Las Vegas for her 26th birthday! On her birthday they went to get drinks in the Eiffel Tower in Paris Paris! They were overlooking the strip when he asked her to marry him. It was so romantic and unexpected but of course, she said yes! They didn’t win big at the casinos but came back with something sweeter, a fiancé!
This fun loving couple then set out to have a relaxed, fun-filled wedding day. Every detail reflected the elegant, yet down to earth romance of Pat and Erika. Orchids paired with gold adornments and lush greenery filled the bouquets, reception hall. Whimsical details completed the day. Pat’s brother and best man created individual wedding baseball cards for both Pat and Erika, creating a speech that everyone will surely remember for a lifetime. Erika and Pat wasted no time in getting on the dance floor, both showing off their spirit as they whirled around. The night was complete with a little late night bowling and pizza in the basement of the Denver Athletic Club.
Cheers to Erika and Pat! And to many more years upstaging one another on the dance floor!
