This New York City destination wedding holds a special place in my heart. Two of my friends tied the knot and I couldn’t have happier for them. Loved ones came from near and far to celebrate the two. J+K’s details set the tone for their vibrant wedding at Sound River Studios.

Sound River Studios Wedding Reception Details

The bride switched into her second dress while the groom changed into a blue, patterned, fun blazer to kick off the dance floor. Just like the bride’s wedding dress and accessories, she also designed her second look. Her second dress included feathers, glitter, and sleeves just like her wedding dress.

J+K kicked off the dance floor with their first dance to “Never Seen You Dance” by Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs’.

And from then on their DJ, INSERT, kept the dance floor packed. With the disco balls shimmering and reflecting on the dance floor, the DJs dance floor lights, and colored lights throughout the venue, it was defiantly a part to remember. On top of that, LED wands were handed out to guests.

New York City Wedding Send Off

Ultimately, their celebration had to come to an end. J+K left on a high with their guests sending them off at the end of the night!
